cphelps62, we're saddened to read that you & others are having trouble in this area. We want you to always have the best possible signal. Your business is appreciated & we wouldn't want to see you leave us. Let's work at this to find a resolution once & for all. All wireless providers are not able to guarantee service indoors due to many factors that are not within our control. With that said, we strongly urge you to use Wi-Fi for calls, texts & data when you have Wi-Fi available. Almost all of our devices have the ability to use the Wi-Fi Calling feature. Please reference the section "Wi-Fi Calling Setup and Use" in this link https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/ to set up Wi-Fi Calling.

Let's talk about outside coverage. You mentioned that there have been new buildings built. This can definitely contribute to a degrading cell signal. About how far away from this area do you have to travel to receive a better signal? With you having two bars of service, does your phone display 4G, 3G or 1x?
