We're having all kinds of problems with our new JetPack. I've posted in the appropriate forum, and used the 'send email' button to send an email to customer support, but how the hell do you get in touch with an actual person to troubleshoot a problem? We've got about 7 days left in our 14 day return period and if this thing isn't going to work in our area, I need to know now so I can send it back and try something else. I can't find a tech support number or email anywhere on the website. Does anyone have any contact info?
