I don't understand how the day before my plan recycles that I use 4gb of data (in one hour) and I'm not even at the house to use it - no one nearby either to use as wifi. I checked my Surface and there were no system updates. I might average .02 on a high use day of the work week. This seems to be a pattern. I really feel like that I am being charge for data I am not using. Any body have any ideas?
