i create albums, then move pics into the various albums.

I do this too but have been getting "unsupported photo" error message and the photos won't move to the album. Also I want to delete some auto backed up photos and cannot. Any help is appreciated.

CeJay, I have a lot of photos to manage myself, so I know how important these capabilities are to keep everything organized. We are here to work toward a resolution. Here is a web page https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-126159/ with all the information and steps for managing the photos. What happens when you try to delete some of the photos? Do these problems happen with all the photos? Which web browser do you use?
