How do I get eligibility reset?

I want to return my Note 4 to Best Buy, and go back to my old S3.  When I return the phone, they will give me a refund.  Is there anything special that I need to do to get my eligibility for an upgrade reset?  How long does it take to reset?

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your Note 4 usmaak. What issues are you having with the Note 4? You will need to speak with Best Buy about returning your phone because they have their own return policy. I recommend referring to the receipt they provided you. Buying a phone from our corporate store or online via our official website or on the phone with our customer service provides you with 14day worry free guarantee. Best-Buy is a non corporate store that will have their own return and refund policy. You will need to speak with them about returning the device.

you will have to return the phone within the refund return period   one returned to best buiy they call there chanell support to have your date resset

It's an ok phone.  It sure does have a lot of features.  We actually have two in our family, one is mine and one's my wife's.  My camera takes pretty terrible indoor pictures.  They are dark and yellowish.  When taking the exact same pictures using the exact same settings with her phone, they are bright and accurate.  In addition, my screen is not very even.  It kind of has a greenish tint on the bottom of the screen.  I really hate to return it, because other than the bad camera and uneven screen, it is a very nice phone with lots of cool features.  When I get a bad device, I don't exchange.  I return and move on.  If I were to exchange it, the next phone I got would probably have a decent camera and something else would be wrong.

Thank you for the details regarding the device issues. Given the issues I would suggest reaching out to best buy about an exchange or return. I know that getting a brand new device with issues can be a bit troublesome. I always say to make the best decision for you in regards to your wireless device. You will always know what is best for you. If you were to return the device with in their return period you should receive a refund and your upgrade date should be reset once the return is processed.
