How do I file a complaint against a Verizon Wireless store? When I purchased my iphone 6 back in September I was told some false information about an account credit I would be eligible for if I joined the edge plan. Based on the info provided I went with the edge plan and now that I waited the allotted time I was told it would take for my credit to show up in my account I have been told that I was never eligible for this promotion. Needless to say I am VERY upset as I went with the edge option due to this promotion. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years which I would say makes me pretty loyal but right now I am very upset and angry and am considering another carrier. I would like to file a complaint against the store since I was told there was no way to reconcile my problem and I pretty much have to just deal with it. Please let me know how I can go about filing a complaint. Thank you.
