I Have been trying for 5 months to get Verizon Wireless to issue line credits promised in June. I have been told wait until next billing cycle three times. We can't find any reference three times. I will call you back twice. You have a contract twice. You don't have a contract once. We will reach out to the person who told you that. She documented it well three times. We can't find anything in her notes. Verizon seems adverse in providing anything in writing so who can I contact with or outside of Verizon Wireless to escalate my problem?
