I've been all over the Verizon Wireless website, and I can't find any wait to email, via browser form or directly, Verizon Customer Support. The Chat is useless because "all agents are busy". I'm abroad with no data service even though I called them several weeks ago to enable global data. Now I can't get in touch with them.
VERIZON, if you are listening, please respond!
I find the communication tools to Verizon Wireless service are extremely poor. I physically went to a VW store to talk to a rep, he couldn't help me but referred me to call *611 (Lol he was right there in the store, I don't see how talking to a rep on the phone can be more efficient than communicating in person?! Further more, I even find that 'chat on web' regarding your account is not even an option). And the rep who I spoke on *611 has no authority of making any decisions, and he said even his supervisor doesn't have the authority to waive some fee for me. Then I tried to look for emails and/or text that I can communicate with any one, but that leads me to dead end... The only way is to write a letter and US MAIL them.
All my family members and have been very loyal customers w VW for more than 10 years. And if this is the kind of service we're receiving, we will switch to another carrier without a doubt.
