How can I tell if someone has blocked my texts?

I just sent a message and it said Message Sent.  Doe that mean they got it?

It means it was sent.  Some phones will display Delivered, but you will never know that the text was actually read.  And, you only see "Delivered" when it is a Verizon to Verizon customer text.
