I would like to occasionally block data usage to a phone on my account when I approach my data limit or ideally, limit that phone to a certain amount of data usage. How can I do this
You can login to your my Verizon account and turn data off on any line.

This is going to quickly become your best friend for managing your data. You can set data limits, time limits, number restrictions & so much more. Here's a key tip... when you set any limit you are going to need to physically turn the phone you set the limit off & then on again.
