I did try that too....(Friday) I am unclear still how this data usage is determined.

Yes... I am well aware to whom the rep was speaking. In fact, You can see that I posted my response to them. I actually AM glad someone got an answer, AND I was glad it was someone trying to help me because Verizon certainly is not.

I am sorry you felt that was "snippy".
