Well everytime I try to turn on my hotspot it says I have to subscribe to mobile hotspot at MY Version and I tried and could not find it
We want to make sure you are able to use your hotspot service for your phone. I use this feature for my phone as well and it is great to have as a back up if you are traveling. With regard to your hotspot service, we may need to add this feature to your account in order for you to use it. What kind of phone do you have? Have you always had this issue trying to access the hotspot service on your device? JasperM_VZW
