High Tech, Lo Tech, Almost No Tech

I work in Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA, one of the highest density high tech and bio tech centers in the US.  Not a great place to have Verizon service, though.  My co-workers and I get 1 bar of signal strength on our phones and essentially cannot use our cell phones when we are in the office because of the low quality of calls and the frequency with which calls are dropped.

I live in Boston, four blocks from the newly inaugurated Innovation District that was built to help incubate technology start up companies.  My signal strength at home rockets up to 2 bars with Verizon, although dropped calls are pretty common.

Questions for Verizon:  Do you think your poor infrastructure supporting two key technology centers has any negative effect on business growth in the area?  Are you concerned that people in technology jobs get little or no value from your services?
