Help with ringback tones

I have 3 lines on my plan and I am needing help assigning ringbacks. I have bought 2 ringbacks, but it always adds them to the primary number and not my number. Is this a possibility or can u only assign to the primary number. Help Please!!

You will need to call customer care for a credit. In order to buy ringtones you must have a my verizon account for each line. Then order the ringtone form that lines account

As Brothergrim said, each number on the account needs to have it's own, registered, MyVerizon account.  Secondary accounts will see limited summary information for calls and texts, and no billing information (usless the primary assigns that number account manager status).

 

Register and log in with the number you want to set up the ringback and ring tones.  You also need individual log ins to use Backup Assistant, well worth the $1.99 data charge to download if you don't have a data plan, and just do it if you have a data plan!
