Help me to pay a bill

However, the link(http://vz.to/1thWKRd) you provided also requires me to do login.

But, as I told you, I don’t have ID and password any more.

I really want to make clear everything.

I used two lines which are (removed) and (removed).

The service was disconnected on 29th Nov.

My last payment($132.82) was made on 24th Nov through my BOA account ending with (removed).

My ID was (removed).

All I want to know is how to make payment for last month.

If you send me the final bill including the address where I have to send a check to, then I am gonna send the check.

Please help me to do my responsibility.

Call 1-800-922-0204. They should be able to tell you the amount you owe and take a payment over the phone or provide an address where you can send a check if you prefer.

Unfornately, I can't remember my account #.

I don't have any physical bill.

Could you give me the account number? Then I can put in my SSN and zip code
