Having service issues on Eastern Shore of Maryland. Anyone else having this issue?

A phone I have on the same account that is physically located in another county works fine.  But the ones I have in Kent County, MD aren't working. I get a no service/emergency calls only message when I try to dial out.  And "searching for service" when it's in idle mode.  Has anyone heard of any issues in this area?
