Several months ago, I contacted Verizon about my account. After talking with the rep, she asked if we wanted to lower our bill. I was skeptic at first because our bill was already low. She said she could give us a 30% discount on our line. I agreed to do it...because why not? The following month, my bill went up almost $30!!!! I called the next month, the rep was nice and said she's glad I called it. She assured me it was fixed. The following month, I get my bill and it's the same. I call again and spend hours on the line. They fix my bill and say it should be fixed....well this happens for SEVERAL MONTHS!!!! Last month, I spent almost 2 hours on the line with a nice rep, and she ASSURED me this time it would be fixed. She said she would call me back in two weeks to confirm, but she never did. I get my bill this month, and it again is increased. I call this time, and the Rep was totally rude and out of line. He would not help me. He said that every rep I talked to in the last 4 months was wrong and that my bill should be that way. I told him I wanted to talk to someone else and he wouldn't let me...He even actually hung up on me. If anyone knows how frustrating it is to call month after month to fix something that should have never been broken, you can understand the frustration I am feeling. After an hour on the phone, I am left with a higher bill and no answers....I am deeply upset and saddened by this. Usually, the reps are nice and they see that they are in the wrong and help me, but this time, he was rude and didn't help me at all. So now I have to wait till after work to call and give them another 2 hours of my life... I basically want to cancel my plan because I can't deal with this any longer.
Does anyone know or have gotten copies of the rep conversations or recorded calls? I would like to get all of this to give to my attorney.
