I just saw my latest statement online and there are duplicate charges I don,t understand. Online Chat is NEVER available and I can,t use telephone support because I don't recall ever having to provide a five digit password, but they say I did and have to provide it again for them to be able to help me. I haven't a clue as to what it could have been. just think of a likely one, I was told. My god, How many 5 letter or number combinations are there?
Is there anyway I can get help online. The Verizon reps who respond here keep giving a phone number or the link the support page where the online access is never available?
