I have two $100 verizon gift cards that post as invalid when I use them online for purchase or bill pay. Verizon online chat tried to help and set me to customer care who tried to help and sent me to gift card specialist which was just a recording of the instructions written on back of the card. Very frustrating. And it looks like others have had trouble. What to do?
