Apparently since I am a former Verizon customer, getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. I have an old account I need to make payments on, I can't do it online, and the 800-922-0204 number is only for existing customers. And since I got smart almost a year ago and gave up on them, I don't count. But they sure want my money. Which I agree I owe. But how about phone numbers that are easy to find? Or a number that isn't just for existing customers?
FormerVerzionCustomer153 We regret to hear that you have cancelled service with us. You are still able to call the customer service number and we apologize for any issues you've experiecined with trying to reach us. What happens when you call the 800#? Are selecting the option for customer service?
