What is this and why can't I text to a certain phone number?
We understand how important it is to know why you are getting error codes and how to fix them. I am going to make sure that you know exactly what to do next time this happens. May I have your device make and model? What text application are you using? What type of messages are you sending when you get this error? The numbers you aren't able to text, is there anything similar with the contacts?
