I just recieved a text saying I only had 10% of data left to use before the period ends in 9 days. When I checked my usage on My Verizon I had only used 1.11% of the 6GB that I pay for. Whats up with that? You scared me into thinking I had used almost all of my data when I had not!!! Come on Verizon.....I tell everyone that this is the BEST cell phone center to use, because you do not do anything shady and have the best coverage!!! Don't make a liar out of me now. WHY DID I GET THAT TEXT???????????? PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!!!!!!!
Verizon has been reported to have been seeing data warning system issues in the past few months. What does customer service say about your data usage if you call them? The online meter can take several hours to update as well.
