Vent session: Went into a local San Antonio store on the 14th and ordered my S7 Edge. Since I ordered it after 5:30, I was told the order wouldn't go in until the 15th. Free 2 day shipping though. Order doesn't go in until late the 15th. Ships on the 16th and arrives in Houston at 1030AM. Order status on the UPS site says it won't be delivered until the 19th (ok weekend). Now, due to inclement weather, no projected delivery date. Awesome
Summary: My new phone has been sitting in a UPS collection point since Friday morning in a city 4 hours away with no projected delivery time.
Not much anyone can do. Verizon can't control the weather and when UPS is willing to deliver.
if that store didn't had device that time did you look another store who might had it before you asked for to be shipped?
walmart, bestbuy, staples or any another v store ....if not then tidbits is right for now you can wait relax and vent and hopefully ups can deliver as soon as weather allow...
