I'm October 14 2015 Verizon claims to,have had system issues with a lot of accounts. I received a suspension notice they cut my phone off and charged me $80 worth of reconnect fees. Well my bill was not due until midnight the very next day. So I call and this lovely lady answered and apologized for the inconvenience that they suspended my account before it was even due at all and she advised she removed all the reconnect fees that should not have been there in the first place, well guess who gets there bill with these 4 reconnect fees at fault of Verizon not myself. So what is Verizon going to do about this? Who knows.. I hate Verizon sometimes.
