The issue is getting worst and worst everyday. I have an iPhone 5s, the internet connection on my phone is almost non-exist when I'm in downtown Nashville 8-5 on the weekdays. Full reception bars for both 3G and 4G signals, but none of the internet related service/app is working.
Verizon, please upgrade your bandwidth in downtown Nashville.

Few Blocks around 36.165317, -86.781550, Deaderick st and 5th Ave N.
1. I've noticed the issue since I started to work in downtown Nashville.
2. Everyone work around the area has the same issue.
3. The coverage is fine, always full bar like I said, but no data gets in/out, or very very slow connection.
4. It seems like the issue gets worst from 10am to 4pm,
5. Both indoor and outdoor are the same.

Why can't you simply answer palagecs question.. I'm sure you know that your system is overloaded, yet you give fake positive answers and restart procedures that won't help. I along with every other Verizon customer I know have HORRIBLE service downtown. It is a shame that we cannot have better service than this while paying the highest cell/data bills in the industry
