In the past few weeks I've started to see extremely slow data speeds. Late night/early morning it is a LITTLE better but no where near what it used to be.
I used to get 15-20Mbps down and 15-20Mbps up on speed tests from multiple different testing servers. Now i'm lucky to get 1Mbps down and 1Mbps down.
Here is a test I just ran:
Some information:
I have a work provided iPhone 6S Plus on Verizon Unlimited data plan experiencing the same data speeds.
I also have a work provided Verizon MiFi Jetpack 6620L that is experiencing extremly slow speeds
My personal phone is a iPhone 6S Plus on Verizon getting the above speeds in the screenshot.
My wife's phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5, and is also experiencing the same issues.
I have reset all network settings and rebooted everything on all these devices, with no luck.
What can I do to open a trouble ticket to report this?
