The data speed at my workplace is so prohibitively slow that I am unable to even do a speed test. I cannot see photos in my Facebook feed or load my email half of the time. This is only when I'm at work. My zip code at work is 81503. At home in 81501 it's fine.

Where and how does Verizon wireless Service work?
Wireless devices use radio transmissions, so unfortunately you can't get Service if your device isn't in range of a transmission signal. And please be aware that even within your Coverage Area, many things can affect the availability and quality of your Service, including network capacity, your device, terrain, buildings, foliage and weather.

We hear your need for speed, especially while at work. Naansalad has some good information regarding service and how it can be affected by my factors. Since there are no reported issues in the area we’d like to ask a few questions. When did you start noticing the issue? Is anyone else having trouble (friends, family, co-workers)? Is this happening indoors, outdoors or both? Are calls or text affected?

It has been particularly bad the past two weeks, but slow in general since I started 6 months ago. Recently it has become bad enough that Facebook doesn't work. Other co-workers are having similar issues. It happens both indoors and out. Calls sometimes sound distorted and texts with attachments take a very long time to send and occasionally fail.

I appreciate you taking time to work with us here as I know the importance of having reliable service. I would like to take a closer look at the network records and run further diagnostics. I have sent a Direct Message and I am eager to help get to the bottom of this.

I just moved from Mobile to Verizon and I am as lost as I could be. Before I used to get the 20-30 Mbps all the time. With Verizon, it is very, super, extremely SLOW. I am not a heavy user... on average 5gb or less per month. When I am lucky I would get 3 Mbps, but most of the time, less than 1 Mbps. This is CRAZY!

llgmota,
Ensuring that you are able to get the best data speeds possible for your device is always a must. Let's go ahead and take a closer look into this together. Can you please provide us the ZIP Code where you are seeing the slower speeds? Also, can you please provide us the make and model of the device you are using?

Every where and all zip codes. I only get 1 or 2 Mbps (most of the time less than 1 mbps) vs. the 20-30mbps that used to get from T-Mobile before. Very deceptive marketing with the go unlimited plan. Now I was forced to upgrade my plan so I could get the 4G LTE speed that I was promised in the beginning, but never supplied. This was the BIGGEST mistake I made! I own a brand new iPhone X
