Employee Discount

I have always used Verizon directly to purchase my smartphones.  I also get an employee discount.  If I were to go to Best Buy to purchase a new smartphone, would there be any problem getting the employee discount.

Are you employed by Verizon? The only Employee Discounts that you would get if you did not work for them would be on your plan and on accessories, so even going to Best Buy would not change the cost of the phone to you. It might even be a little cheaper depending on any of their sales that they may have. But be aware, as CommonSense101 said, be careful, a lot of the problems that have been posted in these forums have been from people who went to a 3rd party rather than an actual  Verizon Store.

Are you employed by Verizon? I do not work for VZW but I do receive a device discount because of where I work. But I agree, go to a VZW corporate store to insure you receive all the discounts you are entitled to.
