I upgraded two lines when the new iPhone was released. I sent back both phones in separate boxes on the same day with the pre-paid Verizon labels. I have verified they were received in the Ft.Worth warehouse. I have called the corporate customer service hotline, each time everyone is very nice, but all they can do is submit a "Ticket" and promise to call me back and never do. Its been 45 days since it first showed on my bill and its still outstanding.

This goes beyond the normal time it takes to have a phone credited. All reps I have talked to have seen the phones returned and say they are waiting for credit to be issues. I would like immediate help with this.
