I don't want to pay the ETF, that's the whole point of this exercise.  I'd rather not pay $400+ to get out of my contract when they can't bill properly and when they do make changes I have the right to object to I'm going to.

Do you have 4G where you are?  Maybe you could upgrade to a 4G phone.

ETF is $350 minus $10 per month into your contract.

what changes do you have a right to?

all your rights are spelled out in the contract

I think you are out of luck on this. Good luck, though.

I would suggest cancelling your service if you are so unhappy with Verizon. You can then sell your phone on a site such as Swappa.com in order to recoup your ETF. Depending on your phone, you should possibly be able to get well above the ~$300 you would have to pay for the ETF and put the remainder towards a new phone at another provider.

Then you can pick a provider which better suits your needs.

decrease in USF percentage, but increase in my bill with no other changes?  Start with that one.  The fee, that Verizon chooses(not required) to give to me, changed.  I should have 60 days to object.  I am objecting.

There's no way I'll get enough for my 2 iPhone 4 phones to recoup the ~$400 in ETF I'll owe.  What I'm seeing on Swappa and Glyde is maybe 120-130 if i'm lucky.
