According to T-Mobile website, throttling can occur after 25GB. I am fine with that - I just do not want to be worried about accidentally playing a 1GB video file ( actual occurrence once so far ) and wiping out half of monthly allowance for one line under generous 2gb for $30 plan. With 25GB before throttling, I would keep YouTube at 1080p

I think OP had or has made mind to move so telling or sharing more info on this point will be wasting time .the nest thing OP can do try new carrier and decide cause with T-Mobile T&C are not easy to follow most of time ...:)

The rep I had never tried to convince me to keep the line. She did however asked if I wanted time to ensure I downloaded voicemail and such before doing so in case they may be important or we may deem Important.

You have to send a follow request to the individual username of Deloresk_vzw, but I couldn't find it when searching for it to mention it which adds the hyperlink to their profile. Once they get the follow request, they have to accept it. After they accept it, you can send them a Direct Message (DM) which is a private message within the community forum.
