I am not sure why verizon decided to lock the previous conversation... I am also disappointed at my experience with Verizon and their "LIVE CHAT" they no longer allow email as a method of customer service, this is a mistake.
My conversation was horrible with a chat represenative. There was no customer service whatsoever.... I Was trying to inquire about being a customer.... but let me tell you, after this ridiculous discussion with a rep, I would rather give my money to someone else.
Goodluck in the battle with ATT, I thought I would see what you have to offer and my simple questions were met with lame answers that didn't help at all and then the agent just ended the conversation... clearly didn't want to do there job.
I won't do business with Verizon based on their "community" version of support, only.

Did you come to complain or do you have legitimate questions?

Well it was over a year old since the other thread was started. Things get outdated.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Clearly only to complain. Your question deserves some community points. Hope you get them...
/rolls eyes.
To further the point.....
All customer, potential customer, haters, lovers, feedback is equally important to a business. Instead of countering my comment with your ridiculously lame rhetorical question you should try combating my complaint with why you love Verizon!
Or are you only a forum troll?

Personally you can just go to the Verizon wireless web portal.
http://www.verizonwireless.com
You can find devices, plans, accessories and pricing. It is no different than going to http://www.at.com or http://www.sprint.com or even http://www.T-Mobile.com
It takes knowing what you want, how much you want to spend, contract or no contract, Edge Plan or just a single/family plan.

By the way I don't work for Verizon (comments removed)
I have been a Verizon customer way back when they were Bell Atlantic. I like their service, their coverage. It cannot be beat.
Good Luck
