Dropped Calls in my home/immediate neighborhood
Gnu350
Newbie

i have been having terrible issues for the past few weeks with dropped calls in my home and surrounding neighborhood. I've done some talking to others and there are at least 20 other households in the surrounding streets having the same issue. Several of us have called and we are always told there is a ticket and the network team is working on it but nothing is ever resolved and we are not given updates. My dad lives exactly one mile away and his service is fine. My phone is new as of October and worked fine up until a few weeks ago. We got rid of our home phone and this is our only means of calling. If this isn't resolved soon we may have to switch Carriers. This is an issue on iPhones and androids and some people have received new phones and it has not fixed the issue.

Gnu350 We understand how important it is to have excellent service. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with your service. I assure you I will do all the research necessary to get this resolved for you. Please tell me where is this happening (zip code, city)? Just to confirm since you mentioned this is happening at home, do you have this same service difficulty in other locations as well?
Many factors outside of Verizon’s control can contribute to indoor performance even in cases where you may have had service in the past. Building structure and materials can affect your service around the house. To assist you with having a more consistent indoor experience we have different options. Please visit our “Signal Concern Resolution” page http://vz.to/2sl5M5j for additional information. Does this provide clarity?
