Downgrading my service

Just signed 2yr contract with 2 lines/phones. Can I downgrade to 1 line/ phone. What will happen penalty wise?

If it's within 14 days I believe you can cancel without penalty. If it's after 14 days you'll have to pay the ETF on the 1 line. Also the day you got service counts as Day 1. So for example if you signed up on the 1st you'd have until the 14th not the 15th to cancel.
