I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues with service. We always want you to have the best service possible! What device type do you have? What zipcode are you in? Have you tried to remove and reinsert your SIM card?

I have an s3 mini, but the service yin my area from my wifi (time Warner)

to Verizon just isn't that great, I live in a small town...so we are

usually the last ones to get a system up please off new tower.
