Other companies let you forward the suspicious emails to them, which at least makes their customers feel better, even if the forwarded emails languish in some email inbox. Does Verizon care? I couldn't find any emails re spoof/pfish emails anywhere. Frustrating...

I get phishing emails from all sort of companies bank.credit card companies. Most of which I do not even have any sort of business with. Facebook etc etc. There could literally hundreds of places these e-mail could be coming from. There's not a whole lot Verizon can do about them. You however can do a lot by simply ignoring them and not opening or replying to them.

What do you expect Verizon to do? Why don't you contact your email provider and ask them to do something.
