why i can't change my current plan to the share everything plan online? I know i can go to a corporate store or call cust svc. That's not the point. I, or any other vzw customer for that matter, should be able to do it online too.
Here's the story. My contract expired months ago. So obviously i'm on month to month. When i choose the 2 smartphones i want, i don't get the option to put those phones on a share everything plan. What i do get is the option to pay a lot more than i'm paying now, and a lot more than on the share everything plan.
I know i'll be paying more with the share everything plan as it is, what i don't want, is to pay more than i have to.
