I applied to the Military discount when it was $40 in July.  I have paid 2 bills and have to call each month to get the $40 discount since currently they are only giving a $20 discount as of Aug 5.  I have had 3 tickets completed and last week was instructed to send an email replying to the email that indicated I qualified.  I did this right away last weekend and as of today, a week later, no response has been received.  Has any one else had an issue with this?  How were you able to rectify so you did not have to call each month.
