I am exhausting all possibilities to be heard. I have experienced terrible customer service and still have not been contacted once by Verizon 2 WEEKS AFTER THE INCIDENT. 360 CLAIM SUBMITTED AND NEVER HEARD. SOUNDS LIKE A VERY MISLEADING WAY TO TITLE YOUR INTERNAL COMPLAINTS.
