I am unable to delete the trash from back up assistant plus in order to back up my current phone before I activate the replacement device I just received. Back Up assistant filled up with pictures from my memory card and not from the device memory itself. I have been trying to remedy this by backing up after removing my memory card, but since I did not choose "permanently delete" the first time I cleared it out, I seem to be out of luck. Any way to fix this??
Adding: The storage is full which is why I need to delete in order to back up
Hello SSS90! I'd be happy to help you get the trash deleted, so you can back up other information. To clarify, is the website not giving you a "Permanently delete" icon? You should be able to to click "select all" and delete everything.

I am having the same problem. I do see the "permanently delete option", however it says it cannot connect to the server. I cleared out all my storage to reset for a new backup but I'm still at capacity since everything is sitting in the trash.
