Hi, I live in Union County New Jersey. My family and I have had verizon for years, and never had an issue. After Superstorm Sandy hit, me and my neighbors houses became Deadzones. We can get single if we go outside but we never had to do that before. I was just wondering if there was a cell tower issue causing this problem.
Most likely, but we have no knowledge here of whether there are outages or towers out of commission in specific areas. I wonder if your local Verizon store would be able to get that information for you?
