My data has been consistently throttled..... .09 Mbps. Verizon customer support is awful. They spend more time telling you what can't be done, providing wrong information, contradicting each other, and throwing each other under the bus than providing solutions. Blame game champs. Verizon is the most horrible company....ever. I've filed FCC and bb complaints as well as leaving negative reviews on the BBB. I'm also going to make sure every Verizon post on their Facebook page displays my negative experience in the comments section. Evey post, all day everyday.
