Why do you get charged by how much data you use? All the equipment is all already there for voice use, I don't see how it cost Verizon more if I use 1 gb or 10 gb of data. Internet on a landline you can use all you want and the price is the same.

I understand your concern with usage, Tjarriel. Our plans include unlimited minutes and text messages. Although we do not offer unlimited data, we do offer a variety of plans to help meet your data needs. Are you experiencing overage with your plan?

No I am paying $40 a month for just data. I am just confused on how it cost Verizon more money to provide 1 gb or 10 gb of data when you are using all the same equipment for voice service which I am paying $100 a month for in the first place.
