I just switched phone to LG enV Touch and EVERY night (according to checking the usage online on the My Verizon website)

There are no charges on it--BUT just wondering what it is...is it the back-up? or what? I am not downloading games or photos or music every night...so what is it?
It probably is the backup assistance.
When I first got my chocolate Touch customer service forced me to download the backup assistance to switch my numbers (and then acted like I was useless because I had never used it before, and it didn't work anyway) Anyway, I had to set up a time for it to update everyday which I chose late evening/early morning. Every morning when I woke up my screen would be on the backup assistance screen.
It shouldn't be charging you because you have an online account set up through Verizon. However, if it still bothers you I would recommend deleting backup assistance and it should go away. You can always download it again when you are ready to switch phones.
