Data Service Stinks in Downtown Detroit

I work in the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit. My data service was pretty good here, until Verizon started all these promotions for free phones and unlimited data. Is Verizon's plan to let their network tank to Sprint's level? I would think that I could get good data downtown in a business district.

The poor data is all day, everyday.

It started at the time of your iPhone 7 promotion.

I'm on the 35th Floor of the Renaissance Center.

It affects other Verizon customers.

What specific issue are you having with the data connection? Is the issue only while inside the center? Does it improve when you go outside? What's the zip  code where you are having the issue?

The matter has been resolved. They must have aimed an LTE antenna right at the building because data speed has increased to 5-17 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload. Thanks!
