Need to fix a problem with my account and have no idea what to do and no matter what number I call I always get an automated system, need this issue fixed before I lose service on my phone.

Ive done that multiple times and keep getting told that the services aren't available and then the call gets ended

By the way it sounds, you have lost service. But you are in the right place. Do you have a past due balance? If you press #bal and send, you should have the answer. What zip code are you having the trouble in? We will help you.
