Who else has experienced the worst customer service ever with Verizon?  I was on a phone call with "customer service" over 30 minutes and over half that time I was on hold!  Three times he put me on hold.  And most amazing was at the end of it all, he didn't have an answer to my very simple question.  I believe he deliberately put me on hold just to "show me."  He also gave me a bogus e-mail address to his supervisor.  How absurd is that?  A big corporation like Verizon and they can't even employ employees who can treat their customers with patience and respect.  After all they charge for my phone and service, I fully expect the best customer service ever, not the worst!!
