But just in case he doesn't respond, can you resolve your issue over the phone with customer service?
In another post, it was noted they have tried and tried and tried the CS Dept without any luck
After unsuccessful attempts to talk to 3 customer service reps, today i finally got a wonderful girl who helped me credit $149 back on my account (she applied the insurance to the charge).
Im very grateful for that, but i still refuse to take responsibility for the rest of the amount due.
Waiting to hear from the corporate.
