I have had an interesting start of the year. I got a collection notice saying that I owed Verizon an activation fee for my tablet, which I had gotten during a promotion when the tablet was free with no activation fee and all I had to do was pay my monthly bill for it along with my phone. Something must have gotten mixed up when the transaction happened because it seems that 2 different accounts had been made. Well that's not what I want to go into. I want to thank both Arthur and Nate from customer service over the phone for helping me out to solve the problem.They were both very friendly, understanding and patient with me even though they knew I was upset over the situation. It really made my day and I can now truly see why my family has been with Verizon since before it was even named Verizon. Thank you for being so awesome!!!!
