 I've spent over 8 hours with customer service in the last 2 weeks trying to get a resolution.  I've not had consistent service since 10/22/2020, when I purchased new phone. They gave me $8.64 in credit to my account for my trouble.  I got dropped at least 3 times.  They tried to charge me to return a phone, then replaced the order, then charged me taxes on the the order, which had to be resolved.  The resolution took an hour.  One of the customer service reps argued with me about something another customer service representative said when I read the screen shot word for word back to them.  

Verizon is losing its edge.  Been a customer since 2001 and spend over 2k a year for verizon services service. It may be time to look elsewhere.  

I would love a call from someone at Verizon that could apologize, find a solution, and treat me like someone that they depend on to have a job. I'll not hold my breath based on what I've experienced so far.

Any complaint made gets ignore by them including supervisor just get hung up on it's very obvious that they know nothing will happen
